Founded in 1964, SeaWorld - San Diego offers many draws. The chance to meet Shamu, the killer whale, tops the list. A unique experience, visitors have the opportunity to interact with Shamu’s trainers and even dine by Shamu’s pool. At Shark Encounter be prepared to see a vast number of sharks as you walk through an acrylic tube. You can enjoy a whitewater adventure ride, a wild roller-coaster ride, rock-wall climbing, and other entertaining activities. There are also many guided tours available.
