Located within the Inyo National Forest, Mammoth Mountain Chalets is only 100 yards from the main ski complex which includes the Gondola, Broadway, and Beginners Lift. Each private Chalet is surrounded by plenty of open forest for playing in the snow, thus offering the best setting for a family vacation. If you are more interested in the activities of summer, you will find our location to be just as enticing. During the summer months you will be surrounded by the cool, green forest and just minutes away from backpacking, sailing, swimming, and water-skiing. Whatever time of year you visit, you are only four miles away from Mammoth Village where you can enjoy a variety of shopping and dining choices. Chalet options range from two to three bedrooms with one to three baths and can accommodate four to ten people comfortably. Each features a dining area, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, sun deck, TV, DVD/VCR, phone, and fireplace or wood stove. Also included are towels, linens, bedding, and firewood.
